Breakfast: White coffee
Lunch: Lemsip, and Rocky Road nibbles made by my boss, mini mince pie
Dinner: Thai fried noodles, a bit of baked cod
I have cold, so I range from having 0 appetite to wanting to eat everything in sight. :inpain: I now can't wait for the festive season to be behind me. All this food, grrr! :arghh:

1210: 1 fried egg, 1 rasher bacon, 1 slice buttered wholemeal toast (15g carbs), mug of tea.
1600: 1 onion bhaji (10g carbs), 1 veg samosa (11g carbs), mug of tea.
1800: Slice of Stollen cake (25g carbs) well it is the festive season.
1900: 1 onion bhaji (10g carbs), 2 veg samosas (22g carbs), mug of tea.
