My course starts tomorrow afternoon so hope it's helpful. Just been given a box of shortbread biscuits for helping at toddler group all term, pity I can't eat them, my friends will do well!!! How do you know what your sugar levels are if you cannot have a monitor if you are type 2 diabetic.

Hope you are all having a good day.

The answer to your question as to how do you know what your sugar levels are if you cannot have a monitor if you are type 2 diabetic is simply ...... you don't. There is no other way unless you are prepared to wait 3, 6 or 12 months for your next HbA1c test.
