I wanted something for my lunch and looked at the labels on all the instant soups that came into my hands. All but Miso, were full of carbs, so I made something up.
1 tablespoon, tomato puree
1 teaspoon Marmite( or even better Lidl's yeast extract)
In a mug , top up with hot water
Voila!
I'm sure that some finely cut spring onions or Chives would be nice, but was all out of those.

Marmite is about 2% carb and tomato puree about 15% carb, but you only have a teaspoonful
