So here's the thing I am thinking of getting a tattoo sybolising my diabetes .. never had one before is there anything I need to know watch out for & has anyone had one with diabetes ? Ive always wanted one and had my diabetes 13 years im 23.

I've got two tattoos at the moment. Planning some more. Never had any issues

Think im opting for the one with the blue ring on,oh cool ,ive chosen a place jus gunna see how he can adjust it to jazz it up,jus started carb counting as well lol

And as for the medical sybol of 1 snake going up one totum,ive decided to opt for the cadeus of hermes the one with a pair snakes with wings as it wouldnt be completely wrong as its from greek messenger god in which it would be a message for ppl about me having diabetes do u not agree?

it scratched a bit and it is on the inside of my wrist. Honestly, im a chicken but its one of the only things about me that im proud of. ..and if diabetes is ever cured, I will have the word 'was' tattooed above the word diabetic! see...forward planning! xx

I agree. always hated them. then I started working with children and my bracelet kept getting in the way. never thought I would get one.
