Hi guys. More questions.
Had 2 hypos today after changing basal rate last night so obviously needs another adjustment, but as I'm out and about today have used a temp basal rate -10% for 4 hours. is this appropriate for this situation.

I would say so. If you experience frequent hypos you need to reduce your basal. Test and see if 10% is enough

I would also agree its an appropriate use of the temp basal..........

in fact there isn't much that would be wrong regarding temp basals.....one of the good things about it....

you know you need less basal but haven't had time to run the proper process so have temporarily reduced it.....good job....

There's only one way to find out, ....... keep testing and take fast acting glucose if it isn't.

Temp basal was the correct thing to do! :)

All comes down to trial and error eh!! :) Good Luck! x
