Tendon Problems

For the last couple of months I have had problems with the tendons in both my middle fingers, I've tried pain killers and gels but it seems to be getting worse not better.
I've been tested for infections and that came back clear. The problem seems to be worse first thing in the morning and last thing at night or even through the night when it wakes me up if i move my hand during sleep.
Any ideas please as this is becoming a right royal pain in the ...finger
 
Have you had your hands electrically checked for carpal tunnel?
 
I have a pain im little finger, I do have a very long plate in my lower arm and a mangled wrist. Now, I'm a sceptic but I do find my copper magnetic ring does help on that finger, honestly! I am sceptic I don't see how a pin in my foot cures a headache but when I've been without this ring my finger has hurt. They're cheap online about £6-10 variety of styles so great loss if it don't work for you
