Tesco Milk Chocolate Viennese Thins

To answer tour question yes diet drinks can still be bad for some of us. I rise quite noticeably on Diet Coke. Depends what sweetener is used and how you personally react to it.
 
@charlie000 Why do you want to add carbs to your meal at all? Adding a biscuit just to make up some carbs isn't a good idea, in my opinion.

Treats are for special occasions, not for every day. If you eat them every day they are no longer treats, they are part of your daily meals.

There are carbs in almost anything except meat and fish. You mentioned you have Hellmanns mayo. So do I, but it has some carbs in it. There are even a few carbs in lettuce! It all depends on what carb limit you set for yourself, but carbs are not essential for life. You do need protein and fat though. Set your self a carb limit and work to that. Use a meter to tell you what your limit might be. Everyone has different limits. We do not all have identical metabolism, glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, or even tastes.
