Test, test and testing!

Has anyone noticed the advice given to type two patients about blood glucose monitoring and the testing that disappeared in March, cos of medical science advice. Because nearly every country used testing to restrict the amount of casualties that has happened? Of course our medical advice and decisions by our government has been so good!

Also, I have noticed how this country's response to the virus is so similar to our response to snow in this area!
Because we only get a bad snowfall every five to ten years, we are never ready or have the necessary equipment to clear every where for normal traffic! And the snow always brings the country to a halt!

The government is trying its hardest to bring back a bit of normality, and the risk is highlighted in football. But if you weren't aware, last Friday, 40 frontline NHS staff were tested in a local hospital, 34 were positive!

This is no time to stop the lockdown or open schools.

Anything else similar?

Keep safe!

Hoping that's tongue in cheek.

More sinister is Rees-Mogg's plan to bring back parliament after the recess and do away with video conferences. He says it's to set an example to the rest of us. Personally I think it's a bad plan and it's also to boost Boris's confidence. It may boost his confidence but it won't do anything for his abilities.

As for testing, my friend in Glasgow has had the symptoms for over a week now, he can't be tested for another week. I wonder if they'll be testing for antibodies or the virus itself. Hopefully he'll be better by then, he says he's not too bad at the moment.

Can Boris sit with all the other MPs, seeing he has had the virus?

Doesn't everyone need to be tested?

And yes, tongue in cheek! Can't believe that the government has been so bad!
So many examples of bad judgement and policies!

Keep safe

Sadly, this government has been as bad as I expected. While growing up my parents made such a big deal about being truthful that truthfulness is something I value and something completely missing in certain places.

Stay safe. At least it's OK to drive to Durham, nice city!

My truthfulness has gotten me into more trouble than you would believe, including support for political opposition to some of the right wing policies of successive governments!
I too would love to go to some of the nicer places up north such as the lake district as well as Durham, but what I would love to do first is visit my daughter and grandsons in Yorkshire first, which is against lockdown rules! (Isn't it?) I'm not sure anymore!
Like a lot of Tory ideology it's, do as I say, not what i do!
You lot are below my standing in the hierarchy of this country, so I am not bound by your rules!

The good news is we are not now second in the transmission rate, the bad news, still another thousand deaths in the past week!

And Boris doing the daily press conference!

Keep safe
