Ok, reading through the various posts on here seem to indicate testing yourself with a meter is the way to go?
I have T2 & been informed that I need not test as they would monitor it for me. How can I know if I change my diet, how it affects my levels. My tests are 6 months apart that seems a long time to be possibly getting it wrong.
Discuss please
