Testing Foods

How many times do you all test after eating a new food?

If it doesn't spike you too high do you take that as something you can eat regularly and not test it again?

For example, I have discovered that one slice of toasted seeded bread for breakfast doesn't affect my sugar so can I assume that's ok and not test after eating it anymore?

With single foods I tested tat least twice and also tested at different times of day (if eaten at different times) because some people are less carb tolerant in the mornings and some are less carb tolerant in the evenings.

With mixtures of foods in a meal I tended to test variations on the meal having already tested the main carby ingredients separately because you get interactions which affect absorption.

I don't know what others do, That is just what I decided to do.
