Ive just had my first results since diagnosis in sept. Hba1c test down to 44 from 103. Cholesterol 4.4 trig down to 1, hdl 1.1, ldl down to 2.8. Ive lost 3.5 stone. Still a way to go but results i could only have dreamt about 5 months ago. Would like to thank you all for your help information and patience, especially you low carbers. Thanks
