Thank You Forum Hba1c Reduced In 4 Months

Hi @MikeyJ I just wanted to add my congratulations, well done. It’s a great feeling isn’t it when you get the rewards of lower HbA1c and weight loss. Keep doing what your doing and good luck.

Thank you @jayney27 Your numbers are pretty **** good! keep it up
Thank you,
I was diagnosed completely out of the blue last October. Started low carb when I found this forum in January, my first check up saw me in the pre diabetic numbers and then in May my numbers were normal range. Luckily no other health concerns so no meds involved.
Still a little bit of weight to loose but keeping blood sugar levels normal is my main priority.

Mine's a similar story, shock T2 diagnosis - forum - low carb - lose weight - better numbers, sounds simple but as we all know it is not! ....and on-going maintenance is now the focus. Good that you are Med free :) my DNS said that we'd talk about coming off Metformin in the new year.
