Just a message to say thanks to all the people on this forum for the great advice they give everybody. I was diagnosed mid September 2022 with a reading of 75 the day before I was due to go on holiday. Doctor said go enjoy your holiday and we'll sort it out when we get back. Spoke to the DN on my return and she gave the standard eatwell plate advice, but I looked in this forum and found the low carb way. Cut down on carbs and beer and have lost 2 stone and on my blood test last week I am down to a reading of 45 already.
So thanks to the people on this forum I feel I am eating my way healthy
