Hi Jamin,

Sorry to hear your having problems using the site. Could you elaborate?
Your feed back would be appreciated in order to help us with our continual improvements on DCUK.
Either drop a message here? Or PM a member of the moderating team..?

Thanks!

I find this site one of the more user freindly sites out there, far easier than Sainsbury's.

Hi jamin1 I find this site brill but maybe it depends on what you are looking for and the answers you want. Personally I have only ever received the answers I am happy to read. Good luck in your future quest.

Its my fault not good with tech nothing against the site or members, sorry if it came across that way

Tricky to use? Don't see it myself TBH :pompous:

I understand how it may come across that way, n that was not my intent. Actually that word really bothers me. I have a visual impairment due to my diabetes. Im not very good with tech. As ive said.
Please dont be so quick to judge without a question first, i have a psychology degree and im in the process of my masters in CBT therapy, because i want people, especially those diagnosed with diabetes and have no support as i experienced, before we all had the net!!, it was n im sure is still not supportive enough on the NHS, as far as Counselling and therapeutic support.

Jamin - DCUK has uploaded a handful of videos on using the forum that you might find useful. Part 1 of 5 is below:

There are similar videos for using the Forum Apps, for both iOs and Android.

I am glad that you are still here, @jamin1 Would be a shame if you were to go and miss out on the support available., and even sharing information with others in future.

As you are a university student perhaps your university disabled support service can help sort some assistive technology software for visually impaired students, and, of course some training in using it. Valuable skills for future employment to be gained through this. Hope you decide to stay with us.
