Easter Monday I went out for the day, treated myself to sausage and mash from a Greenwich pub. was rather pleased to see no particular blood sugar spike. Somewhat less pleased to spend all night then being sick, which I am assuming is food poisoning as opposed to an intolerance for mashed potato!

It just goes to show, one relaxes one's diet quality at your peril !
