The Global Fat Scale.

Not sure about the person who coded the maths into the web page.

UK - below average - your have less fat than 86% of males aged 60-69 in your country.

Global - above average - you have less body fat than 57% of males aged 60-69 in the world :?:
If I have less that 57% then how does this make me above average?

It also tell me I'm most like someone from Ghana.
Though that presumably isn't the mean BMI for Ghana but only those in my age range.
So the graph suggests that the over 60s in Ghana have a higher BMI than average.

Still, I am officially UK skinny :-)

I tried that.

It told me I have more body fat than 100% of the females in my age range in the UK and the World.......... :crazy:

Lucy, Catza and Momblegoose I'm not much better - 97 & 98% respectively and I thought I was doing so well with the weight I'd already managed to lose!

I won't let it put me off though. People have already noticed a difference.
