Has anybody got this book yet, and if so, what are your thoughts?
I wanted to get it as soon as possible on my Kindle, but then thought that it might be better to order a real book - that way I could also lend it to people (friends and especially my older sister, who thinks that my improvements in T2D and weight are due to my age, and that she wouldn't be able to do it). However, that might come under the "unwanted advice" label...
Whichever format I decide to buy, I will get it sooner or later - at the moment I have several health-topic volumes still to go through before I could start with this one!
