Hi,
I looked up an article debunking the Inuit diet claim. They did eat carbs it claimed.
It lacked references and was written by a vegan!

Sensible to not trust militant vegans.. Especially when they're 'advising' HMG. It's not exactly a sustainable diet. But here's an old study I found:-

From 1928, where they could starve Inuit without falling foul of ethics committees.. That suggests low/no ketosis and better fat digestion, and possibly getting carbs via glycogen as a lot of the meat was eaten raw or boiled. I guess it shows it's something that's been studied for a long time!
