The Polar Bear Inn, a virtual pub

:( i have suffered so much over the years, once sneezed nd ended up in hospital being jabbed with morphine, when i went down everyone though i was joking, then i was once teaching my eldest to ride a bike up the park and she started crying because she didnt know how to stop as im running beside her so i bent over and grabbed her seat and pop i was layed out on the grass almost in tears and the wife laughing her head off thinking i was joking lol, my brother once threw a stone on the beach for hes dog who loved chasing the stones, he ended up having 6 months off work with 2 burst disked and needed an op to fix them, but i cant count how many bad backs ive suffered, until recently strangely since dx i wa in back pain 50% of the time :( so i feel your pain
 
Fortunately I am still mobile, pain is off to the side rather than the spine but I'm worried it will derail my training program, but any exercise is out if the question at the moment. The loaded deadlift bar is still sat where I dropped it too lol, not going to try and take the plates off till friday. Mrs Bear isnt too happy about that!

Evening all! Any chance of a large Chardonnay and a packet of plain before the bell for last orders? By the way, rowing, walking, cycling and kayaking?!! Are you mad, sir?! No wonder you've got backache! I like my exercise as much as the next woman - As my husband says, I do 7 sit ups a week - when I get up each morning! Just been called an idle cow. Please bar this man from the pub landlord!

Lol, last orders have been called but you can have a chardonnay on me just for making me laugh (even though it hurts right now) and I didn't do it rowing, walking, cycling or kayaking, I did it either while I was bent over doing a bit of plastering (without realising) or possibly later on when I was most of the way through a weightlifting session which is where is suddenly went pop!

Sorry andy, Bit of a long story but i went for what i thought would be a basic MRI yesterday which turned into a ******* of a procedure. Im wfh but what can I get you?

Baked lamb stuffed aubergines with telaggio cheese
Low carb Chilli con carne with guacamole and tomato relish
Puffin kebabs with krill sauce
Moules marinierre
Smoked salmon with japanese quick pickled cucumber
