Defo need to get rid of hedgehog poo before you drive the car.....and make sure you get your bs up first.......Very, very busy day - doing waaaaay too many jobs - had the little thought of mowing the lawn today so that it looks neat and tidy for the Aged Parents coming to Sunday lunch - didn't really have time - started anyway.
Couldn't be bothered to move the pole holding the bird feeders so thought I'd strim round it instead.
There was a small clod of earth in the area where I was strimming. Well no, it wasn't earth. It was semi-dry hedgehog poo.
Did you know that semi-dry hedgehog poo goes a very, very long way when a strimmer makes contact with it?
All over my trousers, all over my t-shirt, all over my chin, cheeks, ears, nose, glasses and hair.
In tiny, tiny speckles. Stinky, foul, disgusting speckles.
Husband nearly died laughing - then headed off on a job - not much help!
Carried on in the garden - in for a penny, in for a pound - this time with the mower - and have mowed and raked the whole garden. And had a shower. That hedgehog poo needed a fair bit of scrubbing.
Blood glucose currently 3.8 and hopefully rising - as I've still got a hundred jobs on my list, the next batch of which need me to drive a car!!!
I don't know whether to laugh or cry - so I thought I'd come on here and have a little scream instead! Thanks for listening!

How can I lose so much information on my computer?I had to get a new computer in Sept. as the previous one died. I could have been arrested as the old computer I had nearly thrown out of the window so many times!!!
All the info I needed I saved on a stick and entered it onto the new computer. I also managed to backup the old computer and put all the info on my new one.
I can't find the details anywhere on my computer. The vicar wants to change hymns for tomorrow and wants the hymns for May. Now for some reason I have a squiggly red line under everything I am writing.
Why? AAAARGHHH!
There are now two lots of folder displays, the the top list of folders is "most recent" but look down below this and click on "my PC" folder I think it is. Thanks, but eventually located what I wanted. It was just all over my computer, in different folders and old internet messages. I had sorted it out and put all client's addresses in one place but I couldn't find it. I have now got it all organised in 3 different folders. I've got windows 10. I didn't have windows 8 so I got on with 10 really well. Just got to print off the invoices that I can't email. Is that MS Word and if so, which version @Trachet ?
You can switch it off if you wish but the lines are ignored when printing
There must be spell checker setting that has gotten turned on .... My friend found that his date setting had changed to the American way of month date year which I easily sorted but he didn't have a clueHow can I lose so much information on my computer?I had to get a new computer in Sept. as the previous one died. Thanks, I had searched the machine but had to start half the invoices from scratch, but they are now saved in 3 folders. There are now two lots of folder displays, the the top list of folders is "most recent" but look down below this and click on "my PC" folder I think it is. I don't really want to scream - just have a sad little cry...
We have a rather nice tangle of winter jasmine and pyracantha outside our front living room window, and my husband called me in last week to see a blackbird's nest complete with three lovely little blue eggs, carefully positioned at easily viewed window ledge level right by one end of the window. He'd seen Mother Blackbird flying around, but since discovering the nest there's not once been any further sign of her, just the sad abandoned nest with three cold little eggs in it. He thinks she may have been killed - and I know from past experience that blackbirds will sometimes nest in close proximity to people and not be easily scared away by our presence so close to their chosen nurseries.

Aw, that's sad. Had a robins nest few years ago in my peg bag. Two lots of eggs hatched, the third abandoned. Apparently they know if they aren't fertile and leave them..I don't really want to scream - just have a sad little cry...

Aw, bless, that really is so sad ... Both robin parents take turns don't theyI had, what we eventually found out it was after 7pm at night, a nest on my garden patio with 3 baby robins, it had fallen a height. My teenager named them, Robyn, Rio and Ruby, they were in a bad way, so tiny and looked newly hatched, so we tried to feed them and care for them, but they died one by one, it was heartbreaking.
I only knew they were Robins because mum and dad were flying back and forth in our back garden the next day, obviously looking for their babies. It was so, so sad![]()
Have an almost bounty bite and Calm down.......l:Why oh why do teenage girls have to squeal such high pitched giggles at volumes topping 11 on the 'Spinal Tap' scale ?
I'm close to a murderous rampage.
