mean people, corrupt politicians, poverty, happy pharmaceutical ads;
After 10 years of diabetes, I notice that the numbers of hypos, though starting and tolerating at approximately 3.6, that is no longer the case. Anything under 5.0 leads to the pretty nasty symptoms: heart pain, breathing problems, dizziness, headaches and taking some days to get over this. Strange.

I do not have diabetes
I notice that you take Glicizide and that you're recent hba1c is within normal levels.
I would have thought that if you are regularly in and around normal levels range for most of the time that your GP would drop the drug or lower the dosage.

I think you are having false hypos, you are probably still adjusting to the lower levels.
Or like me any time I go out of normal blood levels range, I get symptoms of both a hypo or hyper. I test if I feel like that.

Best wishes.
