Hi guys

Random question but... does anyone ever randomly get weepy with diabetes? Aside from hypos (make me so emotional!). Think im just having a fed up day!

To be fair I did occasionally get quite emotional for no reason before I was T1D but it's more common now.

Partly this might be because I've only been diagnosed six weeks. I initially handled it very well but am now having the predictable (and indeed, predicted) delayed emotions. Still feeling positive though.

Hope you feel less fed up tomorrow - but don't worry about shedding the odd tear!

In a very weird way I have the opposite problem.....I'm waiting for that first time to come.

I'd love to believe that it will never happen, but I haven't had any real struggles in the 7months since being diagnosed so I haven't really had a reason to get frustrated, angry, or sad.
 
quite often with me when struggling with control. Recently been put on Toujeo, which strangely has made me happier though not always.

Ah big hug @Lynz84 you are definately not alone !! It's a balance, takes some effort but it's about finding your rythmn and staying tuned. Always here for a chat if you need to x
 
Sometimes life just sucks and you have to let it out. Never used to be emtional over diabetes, but sometimes, lately, it has caused problems. Sending out a group hug (((((((((((( HUG ))))))))))) x
 
Aw thank u very much everyone! Lovely to have such great support on here. Feeling ok this morning aside from the work blues! Need to win the lottery xx
