Ok Peeps, I’ve just been looking at photos from 6-12 months ago and longer and only by looking at them can I see a huge change in myself ie weight and looks etc... so I was wondering if anyone else does the same thing and would you be brave enough to post it...I’ll start lol....

Looking good.

The world isn't ready for pix of me, either before or after, but I shed several stones after diagnosis and certainly feel the better for it (and look better as well, according to my nearest and dearest, although Hollywood certainly won't be calling for me :)).

Oddly, I was listening to a dietitian & weight loss "guru" on the radio weeks back. & he mentioned not bothering with scales.
Just document your progression with selfies.. :)
