When writing your post there is a smiley face at the top of the page with Bold, Font etc. click on that and you will get the emojis to insert.

What we put on this forum is not put on to offend anyone, yes we have had a few bad apples in the last few months. This will not stop me posting and i hope other people will feel the same, we may not agree but everyone has a right to speak freely. We all go through problems and what is good for me may not be good for you but this is our forum and gives us a chance to say how we feel. There should be know one afraid to post and people who want to have a go at someone's post should just not reply, so lets keep posting and help each other as we are all effected by diabetes.
