Has anybody tried these yet? My hubby has and he said that this is really nice. You will find these in the Polish isle its just chicken noodles, like super noodles only a lot less carbs.. 9.1 grams carb for the whole packet made up with water and 0.2 sugar. I am going to try these. Also thought I could use the noodle part as a stir fry with chicken and veg. Very low in sugar and carb..You will find them in Morrison or Tesco's

Hmmmm, I don't get how they could be that low. It states 9g carb per 100g of the made up product but the main ingredient is wheat and sugar is mentioned twice on the ingredient list. There's also palm oil too.

I looked at the cooking instructions on the Morrisons site, and you need to add 400ml of water to the pack, so assumed that could be the reason, but I'd be very dubious about trying them given those ingredients.

@derry60 you'll have to report back on your glucose levels after trying them.

That would be in the packet that come with the noodles that you sprinkle on. I would just used the noodles plain and add them to another dish. Hubby said that they were nice but said the noodles are not the same texture as ordinary noodles but not Shataki noodles but nice. I will try them and let you know how my BG sugar goes but my friend had them and said that they did not raise her BG level.
