I tell you. This poem will not go quietly into the night. It will atract the disenfranchised like a test strip draws blood..

I thought it was very good, it's true that we do (or did) take our pancreas for granted I've also lost sleep since diagnosis and yes the swingsssss....

I tried to hint the symptoms of hyperglycaemia there. I guess it didn't work

And because without the pancreas it can, eventually, kill you if not treated. "It's killing me without you"
