Type 2 Thirst

Iv been diagnosed about two months now type two. Im ok all day not thirsty at all but as soon as i go to bed its awful im so dry i drink a bottle of water and then a glass full as well. Im awake on and off with this as feel a bit unwell during the night as well because of it. As soon as i take a drink and lay down im dry again. Just wondered if anyone else had had this problem.

You should try drinking during the day and regardless of whether you are thirsty or nor .... I sure would.
