The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
Does anyone else who is lchf that eats meat, find the smell of cooked meat makes them nauseous? Well its happening to me and its putting me of eating. I used to love burgers but cannot stand the smell and can only just about stomach them now cold. Its putting me off eating anything and I have only had an avocado, a few walnuts and 2 cups of tea so far today and that's pushing it. Anyone else experienced this.
 
Have you had Covid recently? When I had it my sense of smell was all over the place for a few months.
 
It happened to me with Lamb, I loved lamb and would choose it over everything else and I like it pink, about 6 months ago I was eating some lamb and felt nauseous and couldn’t eat it, have only had it a couple of times since and each time I’ve not enjoyed it.

Now wether it was just I went off it or I was maybe a bit off colour anyway and the memory of how I was feeling has put me off it I don’t know and probably never will, thinking about it the same happened with fish, I had a fish kebab and I think it had too much marinade on it - loved fish too but now can’t face it other than salmon or in batter ;)
