.....I have no trousers left that fit

All the 34" waist trousers I have bought over the last year are all too big, I can pull them all down without undoing them.

This is costing a fortune !!!!!

Terrible, innit?

I feel for you. Mr B has a strong phobia for clothes shopping, and I think he is infecting me with it. Clothes shopping for him, that is. I could never have a problem with shopping for me!

Tell me about it!! 7 trouser sizes down in 2 years! 5 T-shirt/fleece sizes... Knickers, bras... all much smaller sizes.

Still, my sock and shoe sizes are the same.

We'll be watching for local reports of "man keeps dropping his trousers, and blames his diet"....the judge was not convinced:)

Well done:)

This thread has done well so far.

I agree, I went through at least two changes of wardrobe as well.

Most of my trousers have drawstring waists which used to help with my occasional expansion issues, and now they help for a while with LCHF induced shrinkages. My major issue now though is that as my waist and hips shrink my trousers appear to also get longer in the leg :wideyed:, so while the drawstrings can keep them up safe round my waist these new leg lengths keep tripping me and I'm in regular danger of falling downstairs.

Robbity

PS I still have some of my decent old clothes from when I was a couple more sizes down, so I'll be OK if I ever lose that much more weight.

Maybe I should give a strict 20g carb diet another go. Not seeing dietician til september. Plenty of time. ;)

Really well done.
Once it starts to shift it sort of becomes self perpetuating...:)
Would second Braces...
Down to 30" myself and struggling to find jeans that size in the adult sections....

I have a similar problem. I've dropped 2 dress sizes and have bought a new wardrobe. But still loosing weight, so stopped buying clothes for now! Lots of pennies. Daughter's happy as selling my clothes on eBay and keeping the cash! Nice problem to have!

nearly lost my wedding ring when cooking not long ago.... it keeps on wanting to slip off..... :(

Many years ago a female 22 st colleague of mine was diagnosed T2 and quickly lost 3 st.
She told me that she was in the sticky stage of kneading dough when her trousers dropped. :)

Well done, and here's a moan, I wish it were me, nothing but an 800 cal works for me, and I cant sustain it.
