I feel for you. Mr B has a strong phobia for clothes shopping, and I think he is infecting me with it. Clothes shopping for him, that is. I could never have a problem with shopping for me!

Tell me about it!! 7 trouser sizes down in 2 years! 5 T-shirt/fleece sizes... Knickers, bras... all much smaller sizes.

Still, my sock and shoe sizes are the same.

Most of my trousers have drawstring waists which used to help with my occasional expansion issues, and now they help for a while with LCHF induced shrinkages. My major issue now though is that as my waist and hips shrink my trousers appear to also get longer in the leg , so while the drawstrings can keep them up safe round my waist these new leg lengths keep tripping me and I'm in regular danger of falling downstairs.

PS I still have some of my decent old clothes from when I was a couple more sizes down, so I'll be OK if I ever lose that much more weight.

Me as well, gone from a size 16/18 to a size 12. Charity shops have done good business from me. I will also have to buy a winter coat.

I was a size 22 and now a size 14! Aim is size 12......still off all meds Got an HbA1c of 40 at last test 4 weeks ago. I feel fantastic in smaller clothes! Onwards and upwards. LCHF rocks

I have a similar problem. I've dropped 2 dress sizes and have bought a new wardrobe. But still loosing weight, so stopped buying clothes for now! Lots of pennies. Daughter's happy as selling my clothes on eBay and keeping the cash! Nice problem to have!
