Prediabetes Thrush

SOMETIMES drinking a spoonfull of apple cider vinegar morning and evening can help the body get a better PH-value , or a spoon full of unsweetened lemon juice 4 times a day in some water in between meals...

I once had a very bad case of thrush when I was very ill and unable to eat , where I had glucose into my veins... at that time I had some tablets to eat and after a weeks it was gone, I was at hospital and don´t remember what the medication was called
Does that help with trush ?

OK.
I am a huge thrush sufferer, always have been.
Fluctuating bgs from 7.8mmol/l to 10mmol/l I have it until my bgs get lower or higher.
In that bracket of my meter I'm guaranteed thrush. I use 2%cream from gp and caneston wash from Boots which is £8 a bottle. I'm clear from it symptoms til my bgs improve.
Ironically higher bgs don't give me thrush but I wee alot instead.

The fluctuating from below 7.8mmol/l to 7.8 also triggers my thrush.
Steady lower bgs give me full reprieve.

Low carb eating and insulin is the only thing which keeps me below 7.8mmol/l.

You need to find your comfort zone too and work to keep in it.
Do you use a meter?

If you have a good sexual health clinic near you, that is worth a try. If you were female I would suggest you try a live yoghurt applied per vagina and keep inside for a few minutes. Given wrong anatomy for this strategy, maybe a condom filled with yoghurt might be worth a try?? Clearly low blood glucose is essential...candida loves a sugary environment. I wish you well.
