hi every one..... just a quick one to see if any one else has the same problem. i have been type one now for 18 months now and i am really struggling to get to grips with it now. if my sugar goes below ten i feel like im about to pass out and if its between 10-14 im feel good then 15 upwards feels horrible. i now between 10 and 14 is really bad as that is hi but when i come below that 10 my legs shake and i feel light headed. was wondering if any one else has this or had this problem. any advice would be great .

Hi and welcome,
I'm with claire on this one, running high sugar levels all the time you will get false hypo's and other problems so please seek medical advice.
Hope all goes well.

Ive thought I was having and my reading was actually 5.0. Like mentioned before best to speak with the nurse/doctor. They will soon sort you out.

Whether T1 or T2 .. if someone has been running high for a long time, then dropping drastically lower over a short period of time will produce all sorts of weird feelings and even make you think a hypo has hit. High values should be reduced gradually so that the body and its responses can adjust as the numbers drop.
