The tablet you mentioned appears to be a herbal supplement! To add to the problem I'm asthmatic and have a chest infection at the minute so the steroids will play havoc with the levels I'd say levels 11.3 at the moment I try drinking more water thanks for the replies

That's were I'm baffled iv been looking up low carbs and there's so much info I don't know where to start Iv been eating a lot of starchy carbs I suppose it's all about trial and monitoring cheersI was only pre diabetic but I was tired all the time, amongst other symptoms. I found low carb reduced my blood sugar b and stopped my Constant tiredness.
