Hi
Just wondering if anyone else feels tired and lethargic. I like lying on the sofa on Saturday afternoon watching Sky Sports news for the football results and sometimes used to snooze off. Didn't really think anything of it and just called it a power nap.
Today I refused to do this and have been active most of the day. but my motivation is really going down at the moment. I am determined to loose weight in the hope that I can 'cure' my type 2. Is feeling tired normal and also if you do feel tired should you rest or get off your backside and do something?
Regards
