Tiredness and Nausea

Good afternoon from a sunny Northern Ireland.
Lately I have been more tired than usual, and I mean like hitting a brick wall and have to lie down tired, along with this comes nausea lasting a couple of days until eventual vomiting (I apologise for to much info). Then it's over until next time.
It's not a regular thing but has happened a couple of times lately.
Could this be causes by my Rybelsus being increased from 3 to 7mg daily a couple of months ago, and if so how long would it be expected to last.
Thankyou all in advance for any input.
Annie

It might be, worth talking to your team.

But just in case, have you ever suffered with migraines? I thought mine had stopped after a hysterectomy but found out years later that the bouts of nausea I suffered for a day or two every so often were in fact 'silent migraines'.

Since rybelsus side effects include nausea, vomiting and hypoglycaemia, it's quite possible that is what is happening.
Certainly low Blood glucose may cause the first symptoms you describe.

My first reaction was immediately high blood sugar with those symptoms. But I know nothing about Rybelsus!

These are nto dissimilar to the symptoms I experience if I eat gluten. Tiredness like I've been hit by a bus, with headache to accompany it, then a couple of days of bloated tummy and constipation which then "rights itself" (ahem) over the course of a day. It can take me several days to recover from all of that.

Needless to say, gluten in no longer in my life.

Do you have any intolerances @Annie. D ?
