I have been on sukkarto 500 for nearly 2 years 1 in the morning & 1 at night.i have for a long time suffered with tiredness & low motivation. the doctors have just recently increased my medication to 4 a day , I now feel totally wiped out all day , sleeping for 12 hours & still feelin shattered! the doctor says it’s not the sukkarto but mental moods , am I having mental issues or do other people suffer the same ? Hi Steve and welcome. One of the rules here is no diagnosis or attempts to diagnose - none of us are capable, including those members who are clinical professionals.
I have zero experience with insulin or sukkarto so won't comment on that bit. However I found high blood glucose levels generally left me feeling rubbish - no energy, sleeping a lot but not high quality sleep, brain fog, all that. I often felt low and unhappy as a result. It cleared up quickly for me when i got my BG levels down to normal, and I've not had any of those feelings since.
