hi has any one got any suggestions of how i can lower my blood sugar down i have been taking my metformin but it does not seem to be working am constantly feeling tired and off balance and a bit confused any suggestions would be much appreciated
 
thank you will try that its getting warmer so i can start cycling every where now
 
Agree with Mo, low carb can make a world of difference. Have you got a bg monitor? If not, get one.
 
have just ordered one i will be seeing the diabetic nurse on Tuesday have also been urinating will that come under control as well with low carbs
 
Good luck when u see the nurse, some find they urinate alot when bloods are high as your body tries to get rid of the glucose:)
