Today’s carbs.

Bad day at blackrock
10 g brown toast brekkie
Slice brown bread with ham 10g
Prawns , haddock boiled egg all cooked in water big fat 0 g
8 u novo up tp now , cant get this bad boy down tomorrow theres another R in the month !!
 
Potato Salad with a
Large slice of Marinated Seitan
Appple Cinnamon Raisin Muffin with
Beyond Meat Sausages and Pineapple
Chocolate Tofu Pudding
 
Breakfast ryvita and cheese,
Dinner ham turkey and saled sandwich(shop bought)
Tea home made cheese burgers on brown buns 45g
 
Just back from a meal out.
Fresh cod loin on a bed of Mediterranean rice with a very tasty topping. Absolutely delicious.
Guesstimated the carbs, currently on 5.6 but expecting a delayed rise from the rice....maybe.
Will know soon enough I guess.
 
Usual breakfast ryvita x4 with cheese,
Dinner bacon and fried egg on toast ,
Tea beef green pepper with rice
 
Having a "semi-fast" today.................yeah right
Bfast - coco pops
Dinner - £3 meal deal from tesco Salmon sandwich, huge packet of crisps and a diet coke - 90g carbs

See, told you I was semi fasting
 
Hello sorry, I dunked my rich teas in my tea for the first time. I think I can relate

I’ve had a banana 20g
150g vegan yogurt 7.5g
Blueberries 50g, I’m guessing for this, 7g & 4 strawberries 2-3g.
 
Skipped breakfast, no work today, no need to eat early. Still need to inject for feet on floor.
Lunch out was ham and cheese omelette with chips and salad on the side.
2 biscuits pre gym.
2 glucotabs during workout.
Protein shake post gym.
2 toast with fresh tomatoes for evening snack.
 
Bowl of mixed veggies with vegan parmesan
Tofurky sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cucumber
Walnuts drizzled with vegan cream cheese icing
 
Rasps and yoghurt
Homemade Kung Pao Chicken and Fried rice
Stewed apple and Creme Fraiche
2 bits of 95% (pushing the boat out)
G&T and half bottle of wine
Feeling mellow and still in the Libre blue line. A win win.
 
A mix of fruit from the fruit I was cutting up for the vegan potluck I'm going too.
Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mango, grapes, pineapple, oranges, bananas, apples, yum!!!!!!

Good call Tony
I'm having pancake day today I think as I've got my young one over, tricky to fit in with a Sunday dinner but if I have one less Yorkshire pudding and reduce the roast spud and the mashed spud portion I'll find room for a few pancakes made from the left over Yorkshires batter if I thin it out.

With Canderel & fresh squeezed lemon...
 
I’m baking apple cakes when I get home, to take into work tomorrow, meeting my mentor for the first time so am sucking up.

10oz SR flour, 6oz butter, 6 oz sugar (I’m mixing caster and muscovado), 2 finely chopped Bramley apples and two eggs. Plus all the cinnamon & allspice. Mix in the usual cakey way and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes for a full sized cake or 20 for cupcakes. I’m doing a double batch.
