    As suspected I over did the bolus at dinner.
    A couple of jelly babies, chunk of malt loaf and an apple seem to be sorting things out.:)

    Nowt for breakfast, just a correction dose before driving.
    Pork cassoulet for lunch with new potatoes and cabbage. Followed by a slice of mint chocolate traybake - yum

    Lamb steak with mash and peas with braised lettuce (and a dollop of mint sauce) planned for dinner later.

    Went a tad low at work so 3 glucotabs and a Wispa became necessary. ( first chocolate since Xmas ).
    Dinner has been tuna steak and an omelette all rinsed down with a protein shake.

    Sorry :D was in Portugal last week and brought a box of 6 home with me and they needed eating! You can get them in Tesco, Lidl, Costco, probably many other places but they're not as good (or as cheap!) as they are in Portugal.
    @therower they are delicious!

    For some reason I can't keep my levels up much above 4 over the last few days even though I'm having more carbs than usual and very little insulin. Weird. So, I've just had an Indian curry takeaway with rice and a Nan. That should sort it out!
