This sounds like a diet of a man on a mission :). Very healthy. Not sure I could get through 300g protein a day.:)

    Skipped brekkie.
Cheese and ham omelette with chips and side salad for lunch at a very lovely cafe in the next town.
Tonight is “ chippy night “ . A walk to the local chippy. Tray of chips open , lashing of salt and vinegar ( battered sausage for the wife as well ) and a leisurely walk back home whilst devouring the chips.

Yesterday was greek yogurt, a mixture of seeds and nuts, a bit of banana and a spoonful of honey for breakfast, we went out for tea and I had burger and chips.
Today I've had a cinnamon swirl and I'm just trying to decide what to do for tea. I should aim for something healthy-ish!

    An easy day.
Skipped breakfast but still needed an apple mid morning. Finding the balance between feet on floor and covering insulin is never a given.
    Malt loaf post gym.
Roast lamb dinner. Potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Have taken to not having gravy, bit of an experiment and change. Definitely taste more of the flavour of the food although it can be a tad drier.
Hopefully squeeze a walk in later, which will in turn justify me eating something extra yummy later.

Hi guys :) Sorry I've been AWOL due to "issues"
B - jumbo oats with raspberries and a coffee (30g carbs)
D - wholemeal smoked german baked ham and mayo sandwich and a digestive biscuit (40g carbs)
T - smoked basa fillet, 150g boiled baby potatoes, 100g steamed green beans and a bar Moser Roth 85% chocolate (30g carbs) today

No idea what' happening with insulin requirements at the moment, may need to up basal, may need to wait and see if its just cause I'm a bit snuffly and sneezy  xx

I had a digestive biscuit for breakfast, some potato cakes for lunch, fried rice and 2 little duck spring rolls for tea.
I ended up not eating the crustless quiche I made yesterday as my packed lunch was not required.
