Tools , wesite or books to measure individual nutritional values

For analysis of diet - a tool, book or website would be helpful to analyse my daily totals. eg calories, protein, carbs, sugar and saturated fats. Is there a such a thing . I've found US sites which are complicated to use. And have a book which doesn't give sugars.
Thanks . I use 500 mg metformin x2 and 1x 22-23 g Insulin daily .
 
An app like Carb Manager may help. Instead of using the foods that come with it that tend to default to US standards, preface everything with Tesco (or another uk supermarket but tesco is the shortest to type!) eg tesco yoghurt, tesco chicken to get the values and measurements in UK scales
 
Back in 2016 and newly diagnosed I set up a spreadsheet that listed the foods that I eat (per 100g or tablespoon if more appropriate) together with calories, protein, carbs and fat within a table for Sunday through to Saturday x 2 (i.e. 2 weeks per sheet). Over time this has been added to whenever I introduce a new food. I also have a sheet for recording my weekly weight and calculations for BMI as well as recipes I make with portions calculated as above and one for recording my blood sugar readings. I bit nerdy I know but I find it invaluable. All the information for macros etc. I can find online or use data from packets. It is a piece of cake to run through the existing list and tick off what I have eaten and quantity (daily) and review the totals for macros, calories etc. I have found it invaluable - but that's me. Everything in one place and I periodically email it to myself so that I have a backup. BTW I also recently added a section for monitoring the alcohol units consumed to help me stay within the recommended guidelines (mostly).
 
I also use Myfitnesspal, great for recording everything as @Pipp says, but you need to be careful sometimes as all the macros for foods are peer added and sometimes they are plain wrong or added in the USA who don’t always subtract the fibre before adding the carbs
