tooth extraction

Hi

I'm having one of my top molars out today. It's been dead and has had a pain free gum absess for months so it needs to come out. Is there any advice you can give me on what to eat for lunch and dinner today ?
 
When I had six and a half top teeth out in one go and the top plate put in, I ate soft food for several days.

Mashed veggies, mince meat, fish etc.

Rinse your mouth out after eating and you will be ok.
 
Thank you. I get nervous but I'm so over this tooth lol glad to be getting rid of it

Dentistry has changed a lot, when I had mine taken out it was a lot easier than when I was younger. Hardly any bleeding once the gums were plugged, and the best bit no pain afterwards. :D
 
Haha after all that it's next week now as I missed my appointment due to a meeting I didn't know would run over . So typical
