toothpaste

Years ago, someone (maybe even a dentist) told me that toothpaste is irrelevant in cleaning teeth, what matters is how you brush, and for how long (it is supposed to be several minutes each time). Don't know whether it's true.

My top set of teeth soak in a container overnight, then they get a quick brush then rinsed off.

My bottom teeth which I still have the full issue, contain a fair bit of amalgam and one gold crown, so not a great deal of time is spent on those.

I do not think flossing string has sugar in it, never checked tho'.
