On what basis do you merit the list?
If it is based on premier titles. Liverpool wouldn't be in a list at all. Man utd would be top.
If it was based on television appearances it would Liverpool top followed by utd.
If it was based on income it would again be utd.
If it was based on the owners riches it would be city.
If it was based on spending since the premier started, it would be Chelsea.
Etc. Etc.
