What are you training for? Happy to give some pointers if I have the relevant experience - 30 years + weight lifting, body building (clean) strength training. One Highland Games in Scotland, rugby: club level, swimming/waterpolo: club level. Currently training for strong man competitions and silly events such as World Welly Throwing Competition - (Somerset/September). Oh yes - and runner up in the inaugural World Dive Bombing Championships - I didn't realise there were points for fancy dress!.Is there anybody in the West Sussex area who is training for any events or just for fun?
