Can anyone recommend a decent travel insurance for an upcoming cruise. I’m 31 diabetic with diabetic reynopothy both eyes all under control now.

Hi @Clancy1994 and welcome to the forums.

From my personal experience of insurance, I wouldn't expect you to be charged much (any) extra for your diabetes (assuming your hba1c is reasonable), any decent company that does cruise insurance should be OK.
 
I use Staysure who are well known for covering people with medical conditions. I have never had to claim so can’t comment on their claims handling though.
