Hi all,
For the first time ever I bought a sweetener (Truvia) and made some biscuits this morning.
I had a couple but found them too sweet so gave the rest to my daughter, but I just cannot get rid of the sweet taste on my tongue.
I've eaten cheese, and drank loads of tea but it just won't go away.
I've now had dinner of cauliflower mash, mixed veggies and some chicken slices .. my usual amount .. and feel uncomfortably full.
I really don't feel at all well, and can't test my bgl as no test strips left.
Has anyone else had a reaction like this after having Truvia, or could it be a one off having got used to no sugar in my diet for over three months?
