Turn for the worst

need to feel that there is hope that I will see my grandchildren.
This is from one anxious person to another! It is unfortunate that we can't make use of those great tranquilizers, the carbohydrates, but I suppose it is better for our waistlines.

PS I read in "Men's Health" (free from LLoyd's Bank!) that even a few minutes of reading a day can greatly reduce anxiety. So maybe that can be a substitute for the tranquilizing effects of carbs.
