Yes, as fresh as possible, we are lucky.
For non-low carb eating guests I offer boiled new potatoes, sprinkled with sea salt and lots of parsley fresh from my garden.

Whitby is a gorgeous place and I'm very envious, often stay around Whitby/Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay during the summer months.

Malc, so called because it tastes so good its addictive, sorry no white powder in my kitchen unless you mean sea salt? :D
