Hi, I was diagnosed only 5 months ago and everything seems so confusing still!
I'm confused about a few things, my injection sites are very painful and I don't see why, as I am injecting the exact same way that I was shown. I have tried 6mm and 4mm needles and it's the exact same, sill painful so could it be to do with the actual insulin?
My blood sugars also tend to rise during the night, which I don't understand as my night time insulin is supposed to bring them down, I'm not too sure.
Lastly, what sort of snacks are good to buy (under 10 carbs), it's quite difficult finding things!
Some advice would be much appreciated! :)

Snacks wise, I eat mcvities cheddar biscuits, 2g carb each so you can have more than 1! Or 5 cocktail sausages or cheese :) I also like fridge raiders at about 5g per bag
